Solutions Director, Engineering and Cloud GTM

Responsibilities

• Align regional capability strategies with market needs to ensure Product Engineering and Cloud offerings meet client outcomes
• Drive sales and demand through campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Solution Lead during client pursuits and multi-capability solutioning
• Engage in billable client delivery roles to ensure high-quality outcomes in cloud modernization and product engineering
• Build and sustain strategic relationships across target client portfolios and industry partners
• Lead and develop teams through direct and indirect reporting to scale go-to-market impact
• Participate in hiring, staffing, and workforce planning to maintain capability health

Requirements

• Deep technology delivery and leadership experience in product engineering and cloud operations
• Expertise in leading cross-discipline teams including Agile, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevOps, and UX
• Proven experience with modern operations (SRE) and major cloud partners such as AWS, Microsoft, or Google
• Strong understanding of how Generative AI is evolving the SDLC and maturing technology organizations
• Experience delivering engineering projects using large-scale teaming models, including nearshore and offshore partners
• Ability to work with customers to shape product strategy, roadmaps, and outcome-based results
• Must reside in the Seattle, WA area
