About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and incident management for desktops, laptops, VDI, and mobile devices
- Prioritize, log, and assign monitored incidents to appropriate teams for resolution
- Manage escalation processes to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality support
- Identify trends and patterns in monitored phenomena to suggest process improvements
- Document technical solutions and create self-help articles for end users
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced digital banking environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on technical customer service experience supporting hardware and mobile devices
- 1+ years of experience using ITIL-based service desk solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix)
- 1+ years of experience with Windows 10 configuration and system settings
- 1+ years of experience using Active Directory for user permissions and groups
- 1+ years of experience configuring MS Office Suite and MS Teams
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management)
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts, including IP addressing and subnets
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field
