Solutions Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and configuration of Elliptic’s compliance and blockchain analytics solutions for enterprise customers
• Facilitate customer onboarding and enablement sessions to ensure stakeholders understand tool integration
• Deliver tailored advisory services related to crypto transaction monitoring and regulatory obligations
• Manage engagement timelines and project milestones to ensure delivery within agreed SLAs
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and playbooks

Requirements

• Operational experience in financial crime compliance, AML, or cryptoasset risk management
• Hands-on experience implementing compliance software or related technology solutions
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable configurations
• Strong project coordination, structure, and task management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up or build-phase product environment
• Willingness to work on-site with customers to support project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with blockchain forensic tools or crypto exchanges
• Exposure to system integration or API-based technologies
• Practical knowledge of FATF guidance, OFAC sanctions, or global VASP licensing
• Passion for crypto and blockchain technology
