Responsibilities

• Directly engage with customers individually or as part of the sales team
• Oversee and advise on the implementation of the Upshop platform
• Extract business requirements and translate them into well-architected recommendations
• Develop and provide forward-looking guidance and future state roadmaps
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer alignment
• Assist sales team in scoping Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Lead discovery sessions and demo compelling solutions to address business challenges
• Provide detailed handoffs to Project Teams and Customer Success Managers

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant solutions or sales consulting experience
• Experience in retail operations, presales, or implementation consulting at a SaaS company
• Experience managing large enterprise customers
• Proficiency in preparing PowerPoint presentations, RFP responses, and software demos
• In-depth understanding of retail enterprise solutions (POS, OMS, Sales Audit, CRM, Merchandising, etc.)
• Strong presentation and communication skills for C-suite and practitioner audiences
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence, and Social Media
• Experience in business case development and ROI modeling
