Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and document discovery sessions to understand client business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and technical decision makers
• Perform tailored product demonstrations to address specific client needs
• Support the Sales team with script development, checklists, and demo resources
• Identify and present a vision of the client's future state using the platform
• Provide detailed handoffs to the Customer Experience team to ensure successful implementation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales engineering or consulting, ideally in SaaS
• Strong understanding of prospect research and outcome-based selling
• Proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration
• Excellent customer-facing and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate technical jargon into plain language
• Proficiency with web technologies
• Fluency in English
