Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls to identify hotel operational pain points and revenue gaps
• Act as a subject matter expert in hotel operations, revenue management, and hospitality technology
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to hotel size, segment, and distribution strategy
• Translate platform capabilities into measurable outcomes like increased direct bookings and improved efficiency
• Respond to technical and operational questions from hotel stakeholders during the sales process
• Train and enable Sales teams on hospitality fundamentals including RevPAR, ADR, and channel mix
• Contribute to sales playbooks and best practices across different hotel segments

Requirements

• Extensive experience in hotel operations, revenue management, or hospitality technology
• Strong understanding of hotel systems including PMS, channel managers, booking engines, and CRS
• Experience supporting complex B2B SaaS sales cycles in a pre-sales or consultative role
• Proven ability to connect operational needs to measurable business outcomes
• Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging executive-level stakeholders
• Mandatory understanding of hospitality distribution and revenue management concepts
• Mandatory familiarity with integration ecosystems across PMS, RMS, CRS, and booking engines
