Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions provided by Curlec Razorpay for key clients
• Represent Curlec Razorpay from a platform integration perspective with prospective merchants
• Ensure successful platform integration between Curlec by Razorpay and merchants
• Support reactive queries and requests from merchants within agreed turnaround times
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers
• Act as a feedback channel for customer product requirements to the Product team
• Validate requirements for product customization requests
• Leverage AI tools to enhance integration efficiency and automate repetitive tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product-based payments or SaaS platform integrations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, PHP, Python, and JavaScript
• Strong expertise in REST APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot
