Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to support discovery calls, demos, and RFPs
- Lead custom solution design by mapping customer use cases to platform features and integrations
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations showing how Profound improves visibility across AI-driven platforms
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope custom implementations and data requirements
- Develop and refine proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate ROI
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution playbooks, and demo environments
- Gather market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales in B2B SaaS
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep curiosity about AI, search, and generative experiences
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate needs into business value
- Experience with AI tools, SEO, search platforms, or data visualization systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing technology, data analytics, or AI
