Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales team to support discovery calls, demos, and RFPs
  • Lead custom solution design by mapping customer use cases to platform features and integrations
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations showing how Profound improves visibility across AI-driven platforms
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope custom implementations and data requirements
  • Develop and refine proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate ROI
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution playbooks, and demo environments
  • Gather market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales in B2B SaaS
  • Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep curiosity about AI, search, and generative experiences
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate needs into business value
  • Experience with AI tools, SEO, search platforms, or data visualization systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing technology, data analytics, or AI
