About the Company
Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. We unify customer processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire dispatch operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead tailored product demonstrations for high-value prospects
- Build proof of concepts (POCs) that demonstrate workflow integration and ROI
- Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and objection handling
- Create and maintain sales assets including demos, whitepapers, and RFP responses
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects throughout the deal cycle
Requirements
- Based in NYC with ability to work in-office 5 days/week
- 2+ years in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting (B2B SaaS focus)
- Proven ability to run product demos and build POCs to advance deals
- Foundational understanding of software systems and system design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10-20%
