Placements AI is building the operating system for advertising. As a product-first company, we are transforming the way digital media publishers, broadcasters, retail media networks, and eCommerce businesses manage their advertising operations through AI-powered technology and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients' business and technology stakeholders to implement solutions on the Placements platform
• Provide consultative recommendations on platform configuration based on customer requirements
• Ensure solution design and system deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria
• Configure and present tailored product demonstrations and conduct end-user training
• Act as a customer advocate with the internal product team to influence development
• Map business functional requirements to technical requirements and manage project scope

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Product Implementation, Technical Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Analyst roles
• Experience with full cycle SaaS implementations and enterprise implementation lifecycles
• Strong business process documentation and improvement skills
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with systems implementation rollouts across cross-functional groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Growth stage SaaS, management consulting, or technical consulting experience
• Admin level experience in Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, Zendesk, Workato, NetSuite, or similar
• Experience with Ad Servers such as GAM, Freewheel, or Xandr
• Proficiency in SQL, Data Management, and Data Mapping
• Python experience
• Experience in the Ad Tech space
