Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between the sales team and clients, providing in-depth product knowledge throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Offer technical expertise during the development of proposals to ensure alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales support to ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Provide technical training to the sales team regarding product updates, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience using forensic software solutions (e.g., AXIOM, FTK, Encase, XRY, GrayKey, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience managing the deployment of forensic tools within a network environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in multimedia investigations using tools such as DVR Examiner, Magnet Witness, or Griffeye.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud environments and virtual machines.
• Background in law enforcement investigations.
