About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of Lucidya’s products to translate knowledge into real-world customer solutions
- Partner closely with Sales to uncover customer needs and design solutions addressing technical and business challenges
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that communicate the value of the platform
- Own and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure customers experience tangible value
- Support complex sales cycles by handling RFIs, RFPs, and addressing detailed technical questions
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, communicating feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Ensure smooth handovers from pre-sales to onboarding and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Ops, or Account Management
- Proven experience working within a B2B SaaS environment
- Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency with HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience managing and responding to RFIs and RFPs
