Solutions Consultant, Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with life sciences stakeholders to gather requirements for analytical projects using RWE/RWD expertise
• Develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) including scope, deliverables, and cost estimation
• Partner with internal knowledge centers to drive product adoption and evangelize solutions
• Provide thought leadership regarding the life sciences domain and healthcare data applications
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and analytical rigor
• Identify expansion and upselling opportunities aligned with client strategic objectives
• Validate claims and procedure volumes to ensure project viability

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical RWD/RWE Analytics or similar healthcare data roles
• 2+ years in a client-facing role (CSM, Account Executive, Consultant, or Solutions Engineer)
• Strong expertise in SQL (Databricks, SQL Server, or Snowflake)
• Expertise in medical claim coding (DRG, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS/CPT, and NDC)
• Experience working with biopharma, pharmaceutical, or MedTech stakeholders
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
• Ability to present technical topics to business audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks
• Deep understanding of the data needs for bringing new drugs or medical devices to market
