Solutions Consultant Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the Solutions Consultant function from the ground up
• Serve as the lead solutions consultant in sales conversations, translating complex finance workflows into product solutions
• Run tailored product demos based on prospect workflows and success criteria
• Own technical discovery and remove objections regarding integrations, data migration, security, and reporting
• Build proof-of-concepts and demo environments for various verticals
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap using customer insights
• Create and standardize demo assets, playbooks, and technical collateral

Requirements

• Exceptional accounting foundation in audit, public accounting, or in-house finance at a high-growth tech company
• Deep understanding of end-to-end accounting operations (close, journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
• Expertise in 1-2 complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, inventory, or FX
• Experience with the CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR)
• Ability to handle technical conversations regarding APIs, integrations, and data migrations
• Strong communication skills to engage both CFOs and engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or QuickBooks Enterprise migrations
• Familiarity with data transformation, ETL, modeling, or SQL
• Experience designing API integrations or working with middleware
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience building Solutions or Implementation teams
