Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives and challenges
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and development teams to customize solutions
• Ensure seamless integration and deployment of the SaaS platform
• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing capabilities and value propositions
• Provide training sessions to clients for effective platform utilization
• Conduct needs analysis to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Create comprehensive documentation for client-specific configurations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Consultant in the SaaS industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using and presenting SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and technologies
