Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales process to qualify prospect goals and requirements
• Develop a deep understanding of the Martech domain to effectively articulate the platform's value
• Contribute to sales strategy by connecting prospect needs with Insider One products
• Craft and deliver personalized demos and presentations to both business and technical audiences
• Lead internal coordination for responding to the technical components of RFIs and RFPs
• Maintain awareness of the product roadmap and share market insights with the Product Management Team
• Manage the handover of new clients to the Customer Success Team to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a similar technical client-facing role
• Proven track record of selling SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments
• Technical understanding of SaaS architecture, modern business applications, and APIs
• Experience with Web and App development frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate business value
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to solve complex business and technical problems
