Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales process to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business value
• Develop a deep understanding of the Martech domain to qualify prospect goals and articulate value offerings
• Craft personalized demos and presentations for both business and technical audiences
• Lead internal coordination for responding to the technical components of RFIs and RFPs
• Contribute to sales strategy by connecting prospect requirements with platform capabilities
• Maintain awareness of the product roadmap and share market insights with the Product Management Team
• Ensure smooth client handovers to the Customer Success Team for onboarding

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a similar technical client-facing role
• Proven track record of selling SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments
• Technical understanding of SaaS architecture, modern business applications, development frameworks (Web & App), and APIs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders to solve complex business and technical problems
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Spanish language is a significant plus
