Solutions Consultant II

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted solutions advisor to sales teams and clients to identify core needs and technical requirements.
• Drive successful sales engagements by aligning products with client business and financial objectives.
• Develop prescriptive ROI models and solution proposals that demonstrate economic value.
• Conduct persuasive presentations and discussions with executive-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Solutions Architects, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Support the creation of sales collateral, RFP responses, and industry thought leadership content.
• Serve as the "voice of the customer" to provide feedback for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in solution selling and generating significant revenue growth.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong understanding of data architectures, software development principles, cloud computing, and APIs.
• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Solution Engineer, or in a related technical sales/success role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Experience selling data, technology, and services.
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages, databases, and enterprise software.
