Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing value through product demonstrations and presentations
• Support the Sales team by addressing platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to identify opportunities for enhancing account security and influence the product roadmap
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating connections between customers, sales, and product teams
• Create thoughtful content to engage customers and internal partners regarding the Figma platform

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting in a SaaS organization
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and lead technical evaluations, including defining success criteria
• Strong communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations to diverse personas across Product, Design, and Engineering
• Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using or working with Figma or other UX/UI tools
• Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment
