About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process
- Provide product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to build long-term partnerships
- Position BrazeAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio and AI Content Optimizer, to sophisticated customers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams
- Serve as a technical thought leader and mentor to other Solutions Consultants
Requirements
- Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success
- Experience selling into accounts with sophisticated Pre-sales or Sales Engineering teams
- Domain knowledge in two or more: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (e.g., HTML)
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% at peak times
Preferred Qualifications
- High level of intellectual curiosity regarding emerging technologies
- Proven ability to blend storytelling with technical value delivery
