Responsibilities

• Partner with sales executives to understand customer objectives and shape solution proposals
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and map processes
• Design tailored solution demonstrations and user-experience workshops
• Quantify the business case for adoption, including ROI, TCO, and productivity gains
• Develop executive-level business value assessments and financial models
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical implementation scopes
• Define project parameters such as timelines, resources, and success criteria
• Partner with professional services and product teams to ensure seamless handoff
• Act as a subject matter expert on product capabilities and integration options

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, value engineering, or professional services within SaaS
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud architecture, and implementation lifecycles
• Proven ability to build financial/value models and present ROI at the executive level
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Experience in scoping and defining enterprise software implementation projects
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the United Kingdom and Europe
