Responsibilities

• Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and customers
• Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions using WRITER's platform and APIs
• Lead the development and execution of compelling proofs of concept (PoCs) and demonstrations
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives and AI leaders
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback
• Champion the adoption of WRITER's platform and APIs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Sales Engineering)
• Experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS environments serving Fortune 500 clients
• Deep expertise in generative AI principles, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python and APIs
• Experience with end-to-end orchestration to integrate AI into enterprise systems
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions
