Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on Vertiv solution products and solve business needs leveraging the company portfolio.
• Lead pre-sales design development and respond to RFP tender documents.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical disciplines including HVAC, electrical, controls, and fire protection.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Deployment, Start-up, and Commissioning teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Interpret customer requirements and specifications, such as MasterSpec format, to apply to data center designs.
• Provide technical project coordination between customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Data Center design and understanding the impact of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and BMS disciplines.
• Knowledge of relevant architectural and structural codes and standards.
• Understanding of AIA project phases for design, construction, and commissioning.
• Basic drafting and sketching capabilities (Revit experience preferred).
• Proficiency with Office 365 platforms, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% for customer engagements and training.
