Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements
• Lead architecture reviews and help customers understand how Rogo integrates with their infrastructure
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Partner with Sales to support complex enterprise deals through architectural guidance and technical validation
• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and early adoption
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with engineering to drive resolution
• Translate customer requirements and feedback into actionable technical insights for Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
• Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts
• Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, and security best practices
• Strong communication skills and executive presence for managing complex enterprise engagements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
