Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and validate system architectures, microservices, and corporate integrations.
• Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements to ensure quality, security, availability, and performance.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, reference models, and best practice guides.
• Act as a guardian of architectural guidelines to drive technological evolution and reduce technical debt.
• Lead technical decisions and provide guidance to development teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and SREs to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Conduct impact analyses, solution assessments, and technical feasibility studies.
• Propose innovations and modernization strategies for existing platforms.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Solid experience in software architecture, engineering, or systems development.
• Expertise in distributed architectures, microservices, and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of API integration (REST, GraphQL) and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation.
• Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams using C4 Model, BPMN, or UML.
• Knowledge of information security and secure architecture practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree or MBA in Software Architecture, Security, or related areas.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.
• Experience working in hybrid environments or managing high-complexity systems.
• Experience with legacy system integration and environment modernization.
