Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer goals and translate findings into structured MOST game plans
• Design and implement governance frameworks, including workspace structure, naming conventions, and access controls
• Facilitate workshops across Agile ceremonies, design thinking, and strategy development to drive tool adoption
• Guide customers through change-management initiatives, including communication plans and stakeholder alignment
• Build lightweight prototypes, templates, and reusable workflows to demonstrate the value of Miro
• Partner with IT and Admin stakeholders to establish standards and reduce tool sprawl
• Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure customers achieve measurable value from their Miro subscription

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, or digital collaboration
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale teams through workflow or tool adoption initiatives
• Proficiency in Miro or similar platforms such as Figma, Lucid, JIRA, or Confluence
• Near-native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Strong ability to lead structured discovery and synthesize complex insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with Human-Centered Design, Agile methodologies, or Design Thinking
