Solutions Architect Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to engage potential clients and present tailored interoperability solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations explaining cross-chain infrastructure features.
• Serve as a technical consultant to guide clients through the implementation and integration process.
• Analyze client requirements and provide feedback to the product team to align solutions with market trends.
• Develop comprehensive technical proposals, including specifications, integration plans, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as implementation guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in technical, solution, or customer engineering.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 industry and blockchain technologies.
• Hands-on experience with middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, and APIs.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin to support client engagements and technical discussions.
• Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and build trust with key decision-makers.
• Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Rust, JS, Ruby, Python, C++, C, or Solidity.
