Solutions Architect (Inference)

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to strategic customers to support the development of innovative applications using OSS models
• Run complex demonstrations and POCs of the entire stack, including hardware and software solutions
• Collaborate with sales to qualify prospects and support customers in building Generative AI solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders
• Deliver high-value feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams
• Build educational content and tooling such as playbooks, blogs, and demos

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• At least 2 years in a pre-sales function
• Experience leveraging open-source models, ideally within inference-driven use cases
• Strong technical background in AI, ML, GPU technologies, and HPC environments
• Understanding of training, fine-tuning, and inference for open source LLMs
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Experience building prototypes on API platforms
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, and Docker
