Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions supporting business capabilities that adhere to architectural principles
• Ensure solutions align with business strategies and identify migration roadmaps
• Perform discovery, optioning, and documentation of tradeoffs for governance and prioritization
• Present solution direction and architecture decisions to non-technical and executive audiences
• Create and review technical specifications and validate designs with engineering teams
• Maintain ownership of roadmaps within the application portfolio
• Educate stakeholders and technical teams on best practices and solution patterns

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect or in a comparable role
• Knowledge of enterprise ERP platforms (preferably Infor M3)
• Understanding of software design architectural principles and security best practices
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architecture, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred)
• Experience working in Agile product teams and collaborating across engineering and delivery
• Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply Chain domain knowledge
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Experience with portfolio-level roadmap ownership and governance
• Experience driving reference architectures, standards, and reusable solution patterns
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience designing AI/automation solutions
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language, such as Python
