Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to pinpoint high-feasibility, high-impact use cases
• Partner with Sales to drive technical wins through demos, benchmarks, and prototyping
• Own technical strategy for customers and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end delivery projects, coordinating Forward Deployed Engineers and customer teams
• Design robust solution architectures and integration patterns for complex enterprise environments
• Translate field patterns into engineering tickets for Product and Research
• Codify winning deployment strategies into reusable assets and reference architectures
• Travel 50% of the time

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles
• Proven ability to lead complex technical implementations involving ML or Generative AI
• Experience with cloud and on-prem architectures
• Strong experience working with enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder environments
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and SQL for data manipulation and prototyping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action
