Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to pinpoint high-feasibility, high-impact use cases
• Partner with Sales to drive technical wins through demos and prototyping
• Own technical strategy for customers and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
• Lead end-to-end delivery projects, coordinating Forward Deployed Engineers and customer teams
• Design robust solution architectures and integration patterns for complex enterprise environments
• Translate field patterns into engineering tickets for Product and Research
• Codify winning deployment strategies into reusable assets
• Travel 50% of the time

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles
• Proven ability to lead complex technical implementations involving ML or Generative AI
• Experience navigating enterprise customer deployment cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, Pandas, and SQL
• Collaborative mindset and ability to own problems end-to-end
