Solutions Architect, Distinguished Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions leveraging advanced EDA, IP, and software security technologies to solve complex semiconductor design and verification challenges.
• Collaborate closely with strategic customers to understand technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and guide them through proof-of-concept and deployment.
• Partner with product management, R&D, and sales teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback and market insights.
• Lead technical workshops, presentations, and deep dives for customers and internal stakeholders to establish thought leadership.
• Develop reference architectures, best practices, and technical documentation to enable successful solution adoption.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Ph.D., Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, system architecture, or executive-level technical roles.
• Global recognition for expertise in EDA tools, semiconductor design flows, and IP integration.
• Extensive experience architecting and leading solutions for strategic customers at scale.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of leadership in global, cross-functional teams and experience with published seminal articles or conference presentations.
