Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for AAA game developer accounts
• Lead technical discovery sessions and architectural reviews for Social SDK implementations
• Provide expert guidance on integrating Discord tools across diverse game engines and platforms
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior technical stakeholders at partner studios
• Develop integration strategies and technical documentation to scale managed services
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful customer outcomes

Requirements

• Significant technical experience in game development and multiplayer architecture
• Direct experience working within a game studio or game ecosystem provider
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-month technical projects
• Ability to read and discuss code across multiple programming languages
• Familiarity with game engines like Unity, Unreal, or proprietary tools
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to technical and non-technical leaders
• Experience building and maintaining technical relationships with external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Experience with gamedev-focused developer platforms or SDK integrations
• Background in developer relations or developer experience
• Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese
