Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Form successful relationships with clients in the CPG and Retail industries to provide technical and business value
• Act as a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
• Author reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications to scale best practices
• Lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to build the Databricks community
• Act as a hands-on technical advisor helping customers design and validate modern data and AI architectures
• Engage in technical sales by communicating technical and value propositions

Requirements

• Experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales
• Strong capability in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, AI/ML, GenAI, or application development
• Proficiency in Python or SQL
• Hands-on experience with modern data and analytics technologies and public cloud platforms
• Experience in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs
• Ability to commute to London offices regularly and travel approximately 20-30% across UK&I

Preferred Qualifications

• Databricks Certification
• Exposure to CDP/Martech, customer data architectures, or cybersecurity
• Knowledge of Spark
