Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor and expert Solutions Architect to drive product adoption
• Enable clients through workshops and the development of customer-facing collateral
• Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams
• Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges in mission-critical environments
• Partner with Account Executives to devise and implement strategies across assigned accounts

Requirements

• 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales
• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role influencing technical executives
• Experience architecting solutions integrating transactional data systems within Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in infrastructure, disaster recovery, high availability, and migrations
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consulting organizations
• Broad understanding across data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, and streaming
