Solutions Architect (CRM & Customer)

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the Solution Architecture for Commercial Technology Tower initiatives.
• Lead the design and integration of CRM solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Engage and influence key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Design technical solutions across multiple workstreams while identifying downstream application dependencies.
• Oversee technical acceptance of agile user stories and ensure solution integrity across the application estate.
• Establish and direct proof of concepts for innovation and provide recommendations on technology adoption.
• Collaborate with Security and Information Risk functions to ensure all solutions meet corporate security standards.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in architecting Salesforce solutions, ideally within high-end retail or consumer-facing sectors.
• Proven experience in digital and marketing technology, including personalization, CMS, and DAM.
• Strong background in designing global omni-channel strategies that bridge digital and physical retail.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management, navigating communication between leadership and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks and leading change within multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into pragmatic, scalable, and functional solutions.
