Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through measurable value realization
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear solution architectures and implementation plans
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across travel, procurement, finance, IT, and sustainability
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions directly with customers to prove value early
• Serve as a critical field-to-product feedback loop to shape roadmap priorities
• Partner with Sales, Product, Data, and Customer Success to drive retention and expansion
• Work hands-on with customer data, models, configurations, and analytics workflows
• Experiment with AI, LLMs, and agents to accelerate solution delivery
• Build custom integrations and workflows to support evolving requirements

Requirements

• 5–8 years in solution architecture, implementation consulting, or enterprise systems design
• Experience in solution consulting, forward deployed engineering, or professional services in enterprise data/SaaS
• Technical fluency in data models, metrics, transformations, and system workflows
• Ability to query large datasets using SQL or other tools
• Ability to drive hands-on configurations and light development work
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts into executive narratives
• Experience in early-stage, high-ownership environments

Preferred Qualifications

• AI fluency and experience working alongside AI systems
• Prior exposure to corporate travel, procurement, or sustainability domains
• Experience building custom integrations or internal tooling in a forward deployed capacity
