Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to lead customer-facing technical discussions and achieve technical wins
• Build bespoke customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products
• Translate complex technical requirements to Product and Engineering teams to drive feature improvements
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Demonstrate solutions to inspire audience confidence and identify new business opportunities
• Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation

Requirements

• Experience building custom deployment plans for SaaS products
• Technical generalist background with proficiency in REST API integrations and SQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or application containerization
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
• Understanding of cloud application infrastructure and cloud-native security principles
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience working directly with Public Sector customers (Law Enforcement, Defense, or Government)
• Prior security clearance
