Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
• Lead the end-to-end enterprise client engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, and POC delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal product teams, articulating feature requests to shape the short- and long-term product roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership and deep industry knowledge across multiple cloud and machine learning products.
• Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

Requirements

• Engineering Bachelor degree or above.
• At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably in solution architecture or pre-sales solution engineering.
• Deep understanding of AI solutions on Public Cloud, including LLM applications and Agentic AI design paradigms (Re-Act, Multi-Agent, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI Infrastructure, including GPU selection and model inference acceleration frameworks (e.g., vLLM, sglang).
• Knowledge of traditional ML applications such as recommendation systems, computer vision, and NLP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large enterprise clients in verticals such as Retail, Media, Entertainment, or Gaming.
• Developer skills in front-end (JS frameworks), native apps (iOS/Android), or back-end microservice architectures.
• Hands-on experience building Deep Learning models.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
