Solutions Architect Automotive

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technical advisor to the Automotive sector sales and prospective clients
• Design cloud-based solutions addressing customer needs and supporting the sales cycle
• Lead technical strategy for presales cycles centered around AWS cloud native architectures
• Contribute AWS-based solution designs for proposals, RFPs, and SOWs
• Run discovery sessions, technical workshops, and drive PoCs/assessments
• Translate automotive customers' needs into scalable AWS cloud-native and AI-enabled designs
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations highlighting AWS services and partner capabilities
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure AWS architectures are implemented as designed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent
• 10+ years in presales, technology consulting, or solutions architecture
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud experience and 3+ years specifically on AWS
• Proven experience supporting automotive customers in presales or consulting roles
• Strong experience designing AWS-based architectures including EKS/ECS, Lambda, S3, Glue, and IoT
• Strong understanding of Automotive Industry terms such as SDV, connected vehicle, and manufacturing ops
• AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification
• Ability to communicate AWS architectures clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification
• Experience working with Tier-1 suppliers, ISVs, and automotive ecosystem partners
• Familiarity with Terraform/IaC, DevOps, and CI/CD on AWS
• Prior development or prototyping experience using AWS services
• Korean bilingual
