Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Work directly with early-stage startups to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures on AWS
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them make pragmatic technical decisions as they grow
• Advocate for startup needs by providing feedback to AWS product teams
• Share technical knowledge broadly through content creation and presenting at industry events
• Help customers leverage the right AWS services to optimize their time and resources

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics)
• 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting regarding applications and infrastructures
• 2+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective
