About the Company

Airbyte is the data and action layer for AI agents, providing fast, accurate, and authenticated access to business data across hundreds of sources. As a rapidly expanding Series B startup, Airbyte is building the context infrastructure necessary for production-grade agents to discover, reason over, and act upon enterprise data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute customer technical projects, including the implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions.
• Design and implement AI-powered data pipeline architectures using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
• Advise customers on integrating LLM-based tooling into existing data infrastructure.
• Work directly with clients' technical teams to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive growth and influence the product roadmap.
• Create technical content such as blog posts, demos, and conference talks to evangelize AI-ready data stacks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Professional Services, or Consulting).
• 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure (cloud apps, databases, ELT, or data warehouses).
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Exceptional customer orientation and focus on technical success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices.
• Experience with startup implementations.
