Solutions Architect, AI Factory Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-performance, distributed AI infrastructure on-prem or in the cloud using NVIDIA GPU supercomputers.
• Act as a technical specialist on NVIDIA products to support sales account managers and secure build wins.
• Establish and cultivate technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at key customer accounts.
• Provide on-site support to resolve hardware and software issues, specifically focusing on deep learning inference.
• Lead products through the entire lifecycle, from design-in to end-of-life, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain NVIDIA infrastructure components and collect technical findings from customer sites.
• Deliver technical and sales training to direct sales teams and channel partners.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in high-tech IT with expertise in NCP, CSP, site reliability, and virtualization (VMware, Linux KVM).
• 5+ years of experience working with Kubernetes, Slurm, and Docker.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Perplexity) and monitoring tools (Redfish, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience solving complex problems within customer infrastructure environments.
• Practical knowledge of NVIDIA systems technology, including DGX, NVL72, MGX, and HGX systems.
• Experience working with OEMs in industrial, military, or ruggedized computing sectors.
• Understanding of data center power, cooling, and rack placement requirements.
