Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Scope customer analysis requests and produce studies using SQL, R, and Python within agreed deadlines
• Collaborate with life sciences customers on analyses to support peer-reviewed publications
• Provide technical analytics support and troubleshoot customer analyses via direct calls
• Teach customers how to wrangle and analyze Real World Data (RWD) to address empirical questions
• Write regex queries using Databricks SQL to extract clinical concepts from clinical notes
• Create enablement materials to help onboard new researchers to the Truveta platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate data sources and demonstrate data veracity
• Deliver customer feedback to internal teams to inform the product roadmap

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record (EHR) data or other Real World Data (RWD)
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing research analysis role
• Experience working with large-scale databases containing millions of patient records
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing regex queries
• Strong background in Statistics and Regression
• Experience with Propensity Score Matching, Kaplan-Meier Analyses, or Survival Analyses
• Experience with Spark or PySpark
