Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by accelerating cross-sell opportunities for Endpoint and MDR solutions within the North American partner ecosystem.
• Provide high-level product demonstrations and act as a trusted technical advisor to partners.
• Conduct consultative discovery discussions to uncover customer requirements and translate them into solution recommendations.
• Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates to leadership.
• Act as an internal product evangelist, sharing best practices with Account Managers and coordinating with Sales Engineering and Product teams.
• Capture and relay customer feedback and competitive intelligence to Product Management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pre-sales technical experience with strong partner-facing capabilities.
• Solid understanding of endpoint security fundamentals and SASE concepts, such as zero trust access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience working within CRM workflows for pipeline management.
• Working knowledge of WatchGuard products or key competitor solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales process to closure and meet consistent targets.
• Experience delivering security solution demos within MSP ecosystems.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as CIS controls, NIST, or PCI.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional work experience.
