Solution Specialist, Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach the team in modern sales and communication techniques to effectively manage Microsoft customers and drive satisfaction.
• Hold the team accountable to operational standards and reporting accuracy for key metrics, including pipeline, conversion, and velocity.
• Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholders to elevate team capabilities and drive continuous development.
• Guide the team to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer and partner relationships.
• Lead the team through organizational change, maintaining motivation and focus in a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment.
• Drive strategy development and sales wins through coaching to achieve AI Workforce goals and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 6+ years of solution or services sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in solution sales and cloud expertise.
• Proven track record of leading teams through digital or AI transformations.
