Responsibilities
- Follow up on all account management generated leads as assigned
- Build and maintain product and industry knowledge through constant learning
- Provide high-level product demonstrations and handle client inquiries
- Conduct business-oriented discussions with prospects regarding software benefits
- Provide accurate weekly forecasting and pipeline information to management
- Perform under pressure with minimum supervision as a self-starter
Requirements
- Experience selling services or demoing technical solutions
- General technical understanding of networks, systems, and applications
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a telephone environment
- Ability to manage a sales process and negotiate opportunities to closure
- Personable with high energy and convincing phone etiquette
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge of industry compliance standards including GDPR, PCI, FINRA, and NIST
