Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all account management generated leads as assigned
  • Build and maintain product and industry knowledge through constant learning
  • Provide high-level product demonstrations and handle client inquiries
  • Conduct business-oriented discussions with prospects regarding software benefits
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasting and pipeline information to management
  • Perform under pressure with minimum supervision as a self-starter

Requirements

  • Experience selling services or demoing technical solutions
  • General technical understanding of networks, systems, and applications
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a telephone environment
  • Ability to manage a sales process and negotiate opportunities to closure
  • Personable with high energy and convincing phone etiquette
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge of industry compliance standards including GDPR, PCI, FINRA, and NIST
