Solution Specialist, Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end commercial and operational lifecycle of complex infrastructure deals across EMEA
• Structure and close large-scale infrastructure commitments including compute, networking, and AI platform deals
• Design deal frameworks, pricing models, and term structures for EMEA enterprise and sovereign AI procurement
• Manage the EMEA deal desk function, providing real-time guidance and pricing alignment
• Enable sales and solutions architecture teams with playbooks, TCO models, and competitive positioning
• Engage directly with customer procurement, legal, and executive leadership in multi-stakeholder negotiations
• Partner with global product specialists to build integrated infrastructure proposals
• Act as a primary intelligence source for regional customer needs to inform global product and engineering teams

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure sales, deal structuring, or commercial operations in EMEA
• 5+ years owning commercial structures for large infrastructure commitments (cloud, GPU, or data center)
• Deep understanding of AI company procurement and operationalization dynamics
• Fluency in GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with EMEA regulatory requirements including GDPR and the EU AI Act
• Proven track record of executive-level engagement with C-suite and legal leadership
• Commercial fluency in long-term commitment economics and SLA frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a deal desk or strategic deals function at a major hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
• Background in AI infrastructure procurement or GPU/HPC contract structuring
• Experience navigating EMEA-specific commercial frameworks like VAT and sovereign procurement
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
