Solution Specialist, IAM

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM architecture, including identity lifecycle, access governance, authentication, and authorization
• Define and maintain the IAM strategy, standards, and roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture
• Design and oversee the delivery of IAM solutions and integrations across various applications and platforms
• Act as the subject matter expert for One Identity and Microsoft identity technologies
• Provide architectural guidance and governance across all IAM-related projects
• Partner with Security teams to ensure solutions meet risk, compliance, and privacy requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable IAM designs and technical blueprints
• Support enterprise initiatives such as SSO, MFA, access reviews, and privileged access

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution or technical architecture with a strong IAM focus
• Proven hands-on delivery of enterprise IAM solutions in complex environments
• Strong experience with One Identity (Identity Manager)
• Expertise in Microsoft identity technologies (e.g., Azure AD / Entra ID)
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Experience integrating IAM with cloud, on-prem, and SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of TOGAF and/or Zachman frameworks
• Ability to produce architecture artifacts such as current/future state diagrams and standards
