Solution Specialist, AI Runtime Services

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new customer wins in AI runtime infrastructure
• Drive new business opportunities related to inference latency, throughput, and workload isolation
• Develop deep expertise across the AI runtime landscape including model serving and containerized workloads
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback to shape the AI Runtime Services roadmap
• Develop technical playbooks, deal structures, and benchmark narratives for sales and SA teams
• Engage with enterprise and research buyers on runtime performance and cost-per-token economics
• Design commercial frameworks for large-scale deployments including throughput modeling and SLA structures
• Partner with product and infrastructure teams to maintain competitive edge in serving efficiency

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or production AI engineering
• 5+ years working with AI runtime systems in a customer-facing or deal-shaping capacity
• Deep knowledge of serving frameworks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or Triton), batching, and GPU memory management
• Experience with sandboxed execution environments like microVMs or container runtimes
• Strong understanding of GPU memory hierarchies and model parallelism strategies
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-native runtime orchestration and GPU operators
• Ability to benchmark and commercially position runtime performance differences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving business or product strategy in generative AI, autonomous systems, or financial modeling
• Background in technical sales, solution consulting, or product management for AI platforms
• Understanding of cost-per-token economics and inference fleet optimization
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Engineering
